Data verified at the source
Every program we carry is read at the body that runs it, quoted, and dated. Not aggregated from a directory and not summarized from a page that may since have changed. A program we cannot verify is recorded as unverified rather than shown.
A deterministic engine
Eligibility and amounts are decided by code against live program rules. No language model decides who qualifies or what they are owed, so the same inputs always produce the same answer and every answer can be explained.
The whole ownership stack
The vehicle is one line. We also carry home charger rebates, electrical panel upgrades, utility rate plans and managed charging, which is where the rest of the money sits and where most of it goes unclaimed.
Coverage stated as a number
We publish what share of a state’s residents we can give a correct answer to, and we count a verified “nothing is offered where you live” as a correct answer. Where we do not know, we say so rather than infer.
Where the line is
TurboEV prepares. We find the programs, check eligibility against live rules, assemble the documents each one requires and point at the official portal. The customer submits every application themselves, and we never handle anyone’s money.
